Your booking covers a Tier 1 service visit, which includes:
Travel to your property — your tradie will arrive at your chosen appointment time.
Time on-site to assess and begin work on your issue.
A qualified tradesperson will identify the fault or requirement.
If the issue can be resolved during the visit, we'll do it on the spot.
Please note: You'll select an exact appointment time from the available slots for your area and date. Slots are 15 minutes apart — your tradie will arrive within a short window of that time.
