Your booking covers a Tier 1 service visit, which includes:
Travel to your property within the selected time window.
Time on-site to assess and begin work on your issue.
A qualified tradesperson will identify the fault or requirement.
If the issue can be resolved during the visit, we'll do it on the spot.
Please note: You'll select a preferred arrival window (morning, midday, or afternoon) — not an exact time. Our team will arrive within that window based on the day's schedule.
